values
We are stronger through solidarity, not isolation.
We lead by listening.
We act boldly.
We believe that we all deserve care.
We respect, honor, and trust one another, our inherent worth, and our wisdom.

Tzedek Lab fortifies and aligns Jewish and allied movement practitioners and cultivates relational movement culture so that grassroots justice movements will be more adaptive, resilient and effective in ending antisemitism, racism, white supremacy, and authoritarianism and realizing a liberated world for all.
theory of change
strategies
Tzedek Lab strengthens social movements dismantling antisemitism, racism, white supremacy and authoritarianism through:
Increasing bold action: Through witnessing, learning, mutual encouragement and relationship building in a wider community of movement practice, Jewish and allied individuals and collectives are supported to take more risks and build momentum.
Growing relational movement culture: Jewish and allied leaders build a community and culture of interdependence, trust, spiritual care and solidarity that ripples beyond TL.
Supporting collaboration and leaders: Practitioners report that they have the tools, analysis, relationships, and support they need to mobilize the Jewish community and allies against racism, antisemitism, and white supremacy.
Expanding public knowledge and skills: Through members sharing political analysis, writing op-eds and narrative guidance, creating art and cultural offerings, organizing and mobilizing communities,, the broader public and Jewish community are better educated and organized against institutional white supremacy and white supremacist movements.
Strengthening a collective Jewish voice: Stronger relationships allow for bolder and louder collaboration, pushing back against the right’s smokescreen antisemitism and manipulation of the Jewish community to target immigrants, Palestinians and Black and Brown communities.
