Tzedek Lab (TL) resources Jewish and allied movement leaders and strengthens social movements dismantling antisemitism, racism, white supremacy and authoritarianism through the following strategies:

1. Sustain leaders for the long haul: Tzedek Lab counters isolation and tends to a living hearth for leaders to return to to fill their cups: training on tools and skills, developing political analysis, cultivating relationships, offering spiritual sustenance, providing creative inspiration, and building the sense of connectedness they need to be courageous, bold and strategic in their leadership.

2. Build culture of connection and collaboration: Tzedek Lab provides a needed intervention by inviting leaders into practicing relational movement culture. With a culture of solidarity, generosity, trust, and care, Tzedek Lab creates opportunities for mutual learning, reflection, assessment, growth and collaborative creative action between established and emerging practitioners who bring these practices into their local communities and national work. 

3. Facilitate cross-pollination: Through creating supportive venues, fostering trusting member-to-member relationships and encouraging members to share about their work and learnings, fresh critical insights are rapidly integrated and other leaders can quickly coalesce and align around cutting edge collective analysis and strategy, making their work sharper, more effective and impactful.
